Bas-X QuickSupport is an easy way for addressing technical issues. Through a remote session, Bas-X Support operators can view client computer desktop, and be able to perform any actions as if they were physically sitting in front client computer.

How it works

Step 1: Where required, Bas-X Support operator will direct you to this page and ask you to download Bas-X QuickSupport application.

Step 2: Click on below link and, when prompted, select to save file to a location on your local computer.

Step 3: Double-click downloaded file. Once initialisation is completed, you will be presented with YOUID and PASWORD. You will need to provide YOURID and PASSWORD to Bas-X Support operator.

Step 4: Bas-X Support operator will use provided credentials to establish remote session to your computer. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You can end remote session at any time, by closing Bas-X QuickSupport application.
