Retailers now no longer need to wait until they're at their stores to know how their business traded yesterday. Now any retail owner or store manager can have their daily reports emailed to them before their morning cuppa, anywhere in the world... and its all done automatically!!!
Bas-X "Bureau" is an automated dashboard reporting service that emails your stores trading reports to you each morning, each week, monthly, or whenever you might want it.
The reports include sales, profit, customer counts, customer$ rate, item counts and item$ rate, for the previous day, the week to date, and the average weekly performance for year-to-date.
Also included are "alerts" for example; a report showing products returning a smaller % gross profit margin than that desired and set by the owner or manager; non-moving ‘active’ lines for the week or month; Top 10 movers for each commodity for the week or month; Cashier Refunds/Returns/Voids over the desired threshold, with each threshold able to be changed for you.
If for example you set a threshold for Cashier Voids over $10 and there are no voids over $10 that day, then there won’t be a report.
All this for just $36 a month
How easy is it to subscribe to this new service?
It’s really easy for both new and existing Bas-X users. For existing users the service takes only a few minutes to setup, and for non Bas-X customers it just requires a 5 minute installation of the Bas-X program at the store once the installation pack is received.
To get started simply email the following message to: info@basx.com.au
