Unit of Measure (UoM) Version Release

The new Bas-Xplus Version 1.2.33.22 was released on Friday 25/09/09 with all multi-store retailer groups successfully upgrading.

This new version provides management and implementation of UoM codes - for both warehouse hosted lines and direct supplied lines - from your Bas-Xplus GOS (group office system) to your stores' BOS (back-office system).

The new functionality allows users to:

1. Process UoM codes in the new Metcash 5.1 Host file.
2. Automatically create UoM values for all your Direct lines (initial tests show up to 90% of scannable direct lines are updated)
3. Host UOM codes to your stores Back Office System
4. Use the compliance reports to identify and fix any differences 

Bas-X will be conducting a special UoM training workshop on Thursday 8 October at our Springwood Qld office.  This workshop is designed so that not only will you be fully trained in the UoM features and functionality, but you will also be able to plan the UoM implementation for your group.
