* Automated Reports BI (Business Intelligence) – with our new Bas-X Report Builder any report can be saved as a template and scheduled hourly, weekly, daily, monthly, and not only created but automatically emailed as a spreadsheet or HTML to the business owner, senior managers, department managers, staff, or any email address. Talk about efficiency and intelligence – talk about Bas-X.   Automatic “Year on Year” “KPI” “Movement” and “Exception” reporting allows you to keep your finger on the pulse of your business.

 * Weekly Support Issues Report – Now Bas-X MSO’s will receive a summary of all issues raised and closed each week as part of Bas-X Support services. This will allow senior management to monitor performance for both their system operator and more importantly Bas-X Helpdesk.
