The Supermarket West group who operate 22 Supermarkets under the Farmer Jacks/FoodWorks brand in WA have successfully completed their implementation of the Bas-X system at their Perth office. Headed up by Peter Kapinga, the project was undertaken with key management personal Jenny Stephen, Peter Oakley and Rod Costolloe, together with Liona Ripley and Simon Marles of Bas-X. The replacement of the groups former head office system was made in order to better implement retail initiatives, improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and to provide valuable insight into the business performance by way of Bas-X BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
