Technical Skills
Demonstrated skills in Delphi IDE, Developer Express Compenents, Lazarus, Firebird, PostgreSQL, Following Tool, MYSQL, Sybase Power Designer, Database Workbench, Object Orientated Programming, OOP Inheritance, Parametric polymorphism, Advanced SQL, PSQL Stored Procedures and PSQL Triggers.
Experience
Demonstrated commercial Delphi programming experience min 3 years is essential
Experience in all aspects of testing, including functional, integration and non-functional (security, maintainability) testing, performance and automation essential
Strong SDLC experience and broad delivery experience essential
Strong User interface design experience highly desirable
